The hotel was really well located, just a short walk away from the beach. Also, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any queries. On top of that, the facilities were great, especially the pool and the restaurant which offered a wide variety of food options. A great bonus was the Christmas decoration around the hotel, creating a festive atmosphere that we really enjoyed.
The language barrier sometimes made it a bit difficult to order food or drinks at the bar. Moreover, the price of some dishes in the restaurant was not clear, which was a bit misleading. Finally, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, but it was not too expensive to take a taxi. the hotel was a decent choice for a Christmas vacation, with good location and amazing staff, but with a few minor downsides.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel valued. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with cozy loung areas and a clean outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant had an extensive menu with delicious food at reasonable prices. We especially loved the attentive and friendly service from the staff, who made our stay unforgettable.
We had a small issue with the location, as it was a bit farther from the sea than advertised. However, this was easily overcome by taking a short walk to the beach, which was only 10 minutes away from the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was professional, friendly, and approachable. The breakfast was excellent with various delicious options. The hotel facilities including the pool area were fantastic. The hotel location is perfect as it is close to the sea and various restaurants in the city center. The hotel also offers free parking which is a big plus!

Our recent stay by the beautiful Black Sea was unforgettable. We were impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Their quality of service made us feel welcomed and ensured our needs were met in every aspect. the modern and clean rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's location close to the sea provided stunning views while enjoying a nice meal in the restaurant. the pool area is also a highlight, perfect for a hot day to refresh. the room amenities and the children's play area were well thought out.
A minor aspect, is that the elevator can be quite noisy, especially during peak hours.

Great service from staff, always helpful and approachable. the location of the hotel is also fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to the city center. the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are large and well maintained.
The soundproofing needs improvement, as we could hear our neighbors talking. it would be nice to have toiletries without sulfates provided.
